Inspection Comments |
Facility had just completed breakfast at time of inspection and was just starting preparation for lunch so no cooking / hot holding was observed, but inspector did observe proper cooling of eggs. The floor of the walk-in freezer is starting to accumulate debris, especially in the corners. Please ensure this area is clean by next routine inspection. |
